ITINERARY

DAY 1: Saturday 8 September
TROGIR - PUCISCA

Board your boat in Trogir this morning for your cruise of a lifetime, setting sail for Pucisca on the island of Brac. Authentic mediterranean architecture, rustic ambience and its location inside a deep fjord, make this village worth a visit. Built on stone, most of its inhabitants still make a living from it today. White marble from this island was used to build the White House in Washington DC, the Parliament house in Vienna, along with many other famous buildings around the world.

DAY 2: Sunday 9 September
PUCISCA - KORCULA

During breakfast, we depart for Korcula, the birthplace of Marco Polo. After stopping en route to swim in a quiet cove, we enjoy lunch on board, and arrive in Korcula in the afternoon. Spend time wandering the narrow streets. Visit the house where Marco Polo was born. Here you will find more legends, tales and monuments than anywhere else.

DAY 3: Monday 10 September
KORCULA - DUBROVNIK

Early this morning we continue our trip to the Elafiti Islands, with their beautiful scenery and long, sandy beaches. After lunch we head to Sipan, the largest of the Elafiti islands. Famous for its wine, Sipan is a verdant landscape of vineyards and olive trees and citrus groves. In the afternoon, we arrive in Dubrovnik, the pearl of Adriatic. Free time to explore this beautiful city.

DAY 4: Tuesday 11 September
DUBROVNIK - MLJET

Free time this morning to visit Dubrovnik once again. Depart lunch time for Mljet. Arrive in Pomena on the Island on Mljet in the afternoon (around 16.00 hrs). Pomena , once merely a small pier for fishing boats of the fishermen from Govedari, Pomena is today the tourist centre of the island of Mljet with its 100 square kilometre National Park. Visit the salt water lakes - one warm and the other cold - and spend time exploring this beautiful nature reserve.

DAY 5: Wednesday 12 September
MLJET - VIS

AThis morning we sail to Vis, a picturesque fishing village on the western shore of Vis Island. Vis was closed to tourists for many years due to its strategic geographical position for the navy. As a result, it is still fairly untouched and has a special charm of 'the Mediterranean as it once was.'

DAY 6: Thursday 13 September
VIS - HVAR

Early breakfast this morning, after which you can take an optional excursion to the Blue Grotto on the tiny island of Bisevo. Between 10am and 3pm, the sun's rays pass through and underwater opening, illuminating the cave in a luminous blue light while objects beneath the surface of the water shimmer in silver and pink. At lunch time, we set sail again for Hvar - a town with unique cultural and historical heritage and an important tourist destination with a centuries-old tradition in tourism, as well as the oldest theatre in Europe. Hvar is also well known for its abundance of restaurants, bars and cafes that are open long into the night.

DAY 7: Friday 14 September
HVAR - BOL - SPLIT

This morning we sail to the island of Brac where we will stop and swim at one of the most famous beaches in Croatia - Zatni Rat near Bol. This Golden Cape point changes shape with the wind and waves. After lunch, we continue on to Split and the magnificence of the Split Riviera where you can join a guided tour of Split with an English speaking guide, or wander through the ancient streets and explore the markets. Split is a monument city under UNESCO protection that belongs not only to Croatian people, but to you as well because it is a world heritage. Here we find an abundance of Roman architecture - of special interest is the Diocletian palace. Overnight in Split.
